- Improve balance, strength, mobility and fall prevention
- Improve arthritis, lower back, knee pain and weight management
- Reduce risk of dementia, stroke and heart attacks
- Endorphin release (‘feel happy’ hormones) through physical movement and social interaction with likeminded peers
- Every class has the option of staying for a tea or coffee and education session at the end
